Rosie Heywood has over 11 years of experience in the MICE Industry and has worked for some of the UK’s biggest event and creative agencies. Rosie joined Cashel Representation in 2023, where she leverages her extensive agency background to support clients and partners across the global events landscape.
Growing up in Germany, Rosie developed an early appreciation for travel and different cultures. This passion has taken her around the world, both independently and with her husband, continually expanding her knowledge of international destinations.
Rosie now works as a Business Development Manager in the UK MICE market, connecting UK clients with our trusted partners worldwide, delivering tailored solutions and seamless experiences.
What is your most memorable event?
A river Cruise from Basel to Cologne back in 2024 with amazing clients from across North America. It was such a unique experience that I perhaps wouldn’t have done otherwise. Along the way, we explored charming towns, majestic castles, and breathtaking river views. Beyond the scenery, the trip offered something even more valuable: the chance to build lasting relationships while sharing these unforgettable moments together.
Interests
Outside of work, Rosie loves to use all her annual leave to continue to travel the world with her husband, as well as spend quality time at home with her miniature dachshund, Dobby. She is also obsessed with the gym & fitness, and loves to binge-watch a good TV show in the evening.
