Applications are open for our Copenhagen FAM trip, 11–13 September 2026. Three days in a city where business and lifestyle genuinely overlap — world-class venues, creative experiences and some of the most credible sustainability practice in European events.

Why Copenhagen

Copenhagen is one of the few European capitals that answers the sustainability question before it is asked. For agencies fielding briefs where environmental credentials have moved from a nice line in the proposal to a scored requirement, that is increasingly the reason the city gets shortlisted at all.

Beyond that, it is a compact city. Delegates move between spaces on foot, by bike or by water rather than sitting in coaches, which changes what you can realistically build into a programme day. The design and food culture gives you experience options that feel specific to the destination instead of interchangeable.

What the trip covers

Three days built to show you what the city can actually take, rather than a tour of its landmarks. You will see the range of spaces available for corporate use, the experience options that work well for incentive and conference groups, and how the sustainability practice the city is known for translates into a live programme.

You will meet the people who would run your programmes on the ground. We size and shape each element with our vetted partner against a client’s final delegate count and objectives, so the itinerary you see is illustrative of what is possible rather than a fixed package.

The three days

The outline below is what the three days look like as they stand. It is illustrative rather than a fixed package, and each element is sized and shaped with our vetted partner on the ground.

Friday 11 September

• Arrival into Copenhagen and a transfer straight through to the hotel.
• Check-in and a hosted welcome at the group base in the city centre.
• An afternoon inside Tivoli Gardens with hosted activities, lunch and site visits across the site.
• Time back at the hotel before the evening.
• Rooftop drinks as the group comes together for the first evening.
• A sail through the city canals with a storyteller on board, which is the quickest way to read Copenhagen as an event city.
• Dinner on the water to close day one.

Saturday 12 September

• Breakfast, with something planned that we are not spoiling here.
• A full hotel site visit, walking the meeting and event space.
• A rickshaw tour across town, taking in a run of venue site visits along the way.
• A garden lunch and games in the afternoon.
• Time to relax before dinner.
• Dinner and drinks.
• Karaoke, which usually tells you who is really on the trip.
• A last drink in one of the oldest bars in the city.

Sunday 13 September

• A morning dip in the harbour, with light refreshments after.
• An offsite run up to Helsingør and the home of Hamlet, to show what sits within easy reach of the city.
• Further venue site visits and activities while we are out there.
• Lunch before heading back.
• Return to Copenhagen by car.
• Leisure time in the city.
• Transfer to Copenhagen Airport and departure for London Heathrow.

How to apply

So we can assess fit quickly, tell us three things when you apply:

• Your agency and your role.
• Whether you have a live or forecast enquiry that Europe could fit, and roughly when it runs.
• What you would want to get out of the three days.

We review every application against business fit rather than allocating on a first-come basis. If a trip is already full we will say so and hold you for the next one.
