Why Oktoberfest

Oktoberfest has become one of the most requested group formats in European events — a ready-made theme with food, music and atmosphere built in, and a season that lands neatly in the autumn window when agencies are looking for something with more character than a standard dinner.

This evening is our version of it, brought to London. It is also a working preview: the same format runs at source in Munich and across Germany and Austria, at a scale from a private tent evening to a full festival programme. If it sparks an idea for one of your clients, you will be in the right room to talk it through.

What the evening looks like

From 5pm we will have food and drink flowing and live music through the evening — expect the full Oktoberfest treatment rather than a token nod to it. Our partner team from Munich will be joining us, so you will be celebrating with the people who run this format on the ground.

It is deliberately social. No presentations, no pitches — just a good evening with the Cashel Representation team, our partners and other UK agency people, with plenty of room to talk about what you are working on.

How to RSVP

So we can confirm your place quickly, tell us three things when you RSVP:

  • Your agency and your role.
  • Who you would like to bring, if anyone.
  • Whether you have a live or forecast brief that Germany or Austria could fit.

We review every RSVP against business fit rather than allocating on a first-come basis. If the evening is already full we will say so and hold you for the next one.

RSVP to Alia Saunders, or send us a note through the site.

Our partner on the ground: The evening is hosted with CTI, our DMC partner in Germany — the same team that delivers the format at source in Munich.
